I believe that the omnipotent wisdom inside us, when witnessed, acknowledged, and tended to, can grow into our most powerful resource.

Cultivating this relationship requires ongoing personal exploration, self inquiry, spaciousness, patience, and dedicated support.

As my wisdom and knowledge of healing grow, I have a greater awareness of the energy and resources unresolved trauma and life events demand on a person's whole being and life quality.

As a supportive guide, I weave twelve years of immersion with ayahuasca and master plants with somatic and nervous system awareness in a heartwarming space.

My passion is in tending to the whole; Acknowledging and supporting a person's physical, mental, emotional, spiritual being, and nervous system towards balance and health.

I believe in healing from the inside out rather than the outside in and embody this philosophy; my personal support team and devotion towards health continue to be the most vital aspects of my well-being.

This soul building journey can be a gratifying and empowering process. When we have proper support and we actually don’t have to work so hard!

Join me, soulful explorer!

Cvita has been supporting me for over 6 months now on a weekly basis. She brings her full and complete presence to our sessions, opening up our time together in a very trusting, sacred and ceremonial way. I can honestly say I actually feel my body anticipating our time together. The places that need healing the most tend to be the places we want to visit the least but it’s no longer scary for me to visit these places as I know I’m not going there alone. During our sessions, I feel very safe and held to step into the realm of vulnerability that is required to do the "deep work" my being is craving so I can live this life to my fullest potential. Cvita has a keen ability to always meets me where I am at and I have learned to trust in the unfolding of all that wants to be released during our sessions. Her expertise as a somatic practitioner in combination with her mastery in shamanism has been like a secret key to my healing. Through my work with Cvita, I have gained a deeper understanding and appreciation of the mind/body connection and the impact of trauma on my nervous system. I am infinitely grateful to Cvita, she has been integral to my healing and my spiritual growth/journey.

Preparing to work with Ayahuasca

building a foundation…

Collaborating with sacred plant medicine can open new doors to your healing, transformation, and cultivation. For many, it may be new territory and feel exciting and intimidating. Preparing for your work with Sacred Plant medicine beforehand can offer you insight, clarity, and direction. I can help you with that.

Through years of supporting people with Ayahuasca, I found people most curious about:

  • the preparatory ayahuasca diet protocols

  • the symptoms and effects of ayahuasca is ones body and mind

  • intention building

  • ceremony etiquette

  • dosing

  • the role of the curanderos

  • communicating with ayahuasca

  • navigating the different stages of an ayahuasca experience

Please note: I do not provide ayahuasca nor do I promote the use of ayahuasca in countries where it is not legal.

Prior to this retreat I reaped the many rewards of Ayahuasca but it was not without substantial hesitation and outright fear. I wanted to go deeper with the medicine than I had prior and in order to do that I knew that I required some extra assistance. Cvita and Markus provided our group with tools to navigate the medicine space as well as sessions to help formulate intention as well as work through challenges. I cannot recommend them highly enough for anyone want to achieve deep healing with Ayahuasca and the master plants. -

Integrating

your Ayahuasca experience…

I have been collaborating with ayahuasca and master plants for 15 years, and
to be honest, I am still ‘integrating’…
Thankfully

Integration is the process

It’s non linear, can be messy, confusing, disheartening, and also rewarding, insightful, soul building, and empowering.
It is the art of change. Of letting go, letting in, connecting, facing challenges, making changes.
All of this and more…
to realize your potential.

You may find yourself:

  • trying to make sense of information you received in ceremony

  • struggling with how to move through a trauma that surfaced

  • feeling challenged on how to incorporate the teachings you received in an embodied way

Integration is a practice

Let’s work together to expand and strengthen your capacity to bring these new insights and changes forward, into action.

Action is movement

Throughout my years of integrating ayahuasca experiences and plant dietas, I found the most profound and long-lasting changes were the ones that I chose to make afterward by assimilating the information I received in ceremony into action in my daily life

Ways in which to do this may be

  • cleaning up areas in your life that aren’t in alignment with your health and well being

  • making small steps that create the long lasting changes

  • listening and practicing stillness so there is space for movement

  • increasing your internal capacity to accommodate the movement that your changes may cause

  • continuing to heal old wounds in other modalities and practices

  • reaching out for proper support

It doesn’t just happen, you foster it by

  • incorporating healthy life style changes in nutrition, exercise and sleep routines

  • committing to bite size changes that empower you to embody the big changes

  • making time for connecting to the wisdom of self and nature

  • creating healthy boundaries and protection

  • collaborating with your emotions

  • bringing in something new that mirrors the changes you feel inside

“The extra care and experience Cvita brings helped integrate the things that came up during ceremony's allowed me to go deeper into the healing process. I may have found myself stuck in parts of the journey, if not for the skills she offered to navigate the challenges and move through difficult places. It's hard to put into words how much I learned, the insights gained and healing that happened.”

Master Plant dieta

A sacred union…

The Amazon is home to hundreds of master plants; they have their spirit and embody sacred knowledge and wisdom.

The Shipibo Conibo people have traditionally connected to master plants to learn how to treat illness, cure disease, gain strength, and enhance vision and communication in the spirit realm. This invocation requires commitment and dedication on the part of the initiate; strict food guidelines, fasting, and seclusion for weeks up to a year is the process required to become a Maestro Curandero (master teacher).

The master plants are not only reserved for the Curanderos but are shared with others, like you and I, for healing, guidance, and knowledge.

A master plant dieta is a process of purification, inner reflection, connection, healing, and learning. It is sacred, intimate, personalized, and requires commitment, discipline, and humility.

There are many different ways to diet a master plant, my connection with Master Plants for the last decade has been under the tutelage of Shipibo Maestro Ricardo Amaringo.

Through my years of supporting people through their dietas, the questions that were commonly asked were:

  • What is the difference between an ayahuasca diet and a master plant diet?

  • How does a dieta actually work?

  • What is the role of the Curandero (shaman)?

  • What is the role of ayahuasca during a master plant dieta?

  • How do I know when my plant is communicating with me?

  • Is a master plant dieta for healing or learning and what is the difference?

  • How is a diet opened and closed?

What I have also learned along the way and would love to share is

The plant diet unlimited resource for healing and learning and some ways in which to deepen this can be:

  • working in collaboration with the master plant and ones intentions

  • opening to new ways of hearing and communicating with the master plant

  • working in collaboration with the master plant and ones emotions

  • deepen ones understanding of how the dieta communicates through dreams
